名前の由来は先代まで営んでいた建具屋からきています。

私たちは、人が集い対話する場づくりを中心に活動しています。

Hello, we are Watanabe Tategu-ten.

The word tategu refers to the doors, windows and patitions of Japanese house.

(ex. shoji screen, fusuma doors, byobu patitions, ranma transoms...)

Hideo's father and the former 2 genetration had been craftsman called tategu-ya and run tategu shop. 
So we just succeed the name Tategu-ten. (Watanabe is our surname, Ten means shop)

 

We are doing:
- a small shop selling mainly organic,ethical and fair trade foods and goods

- rice and vegetable farming on a field its size is approximately 100m2
​- doing workshop for all kinds of people in the farm

- organize or arrange some kinds of event and meeting place for people's conversation
